This ocean-going trout has a more delicate flavor than salmon, with wonderful subtle complexity and beautiful medium-pink color. It's a huge seller at our farmers' markets. As with all our fish--we take our time curing and slowly smoking the Steelhead over Alderwood coals to retain all of its natural oils.
Our Smoked Steelhead Trout will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks after opening or 3 months sealed.
All of our products are preservative-free and low sodium.
